How can we help?
The questions we get asked most. If yours is not here, call us and we will answer it.

How do you safely clean high or hard-to-reach windows?
We use deionized pure water systems on exterior work, so most upper-story windows are cleaned from the ground with a water-fed pole rather than a ladder. We only bring out ladders when a job genuinely needs one. Safety is a priority on every job, and the team is covered by current workers' compensation and liability insurance.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry a $1 million general liability policy through Thimble, along with current workers' compensation coverage, and we keep up to date with the business compliance requirements that apply to us in Pasadena and the surrounding cities we serve.
What equipment do you use?
Deionized pure water systems paired with specialized boar-hair brushes. The brushes are soft enough that they will not damage paint or glass, and because the water is purified it dries without leaving spots or residue behind.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Our pure water systems use no chemicals or solvents at all. The water itself does the cleaning, which is better for your plants, your pets, and the people in your home.
How long does a job take?
Most residential jobs run two to three hours. Larger homes and commercial properties can take a full day or several days, depending on the size of the property and the amount of glass.
Can you come out the same day?
Often, yes. We respond to inquiries within minutes and can usually fit in same-day cleaning when we have availability. The fastest way to find out is to call us.
How do you handle scheduling?
Every job goes into our scheduling system when it is booked, so nothing gets lost or double-booked. Our business line is open seven days a week, 7am to 7pm, and we answer every inquiry that comes in.
What if I am not happy with the result?
We walk the property with you after every job to confirm nothing was missed, and our technicians work from a checklist so each window is checked more than once before we call it done. If you spot something after we have left, tell us and we will come back and make it right.
